OK, but seriously, in all honesty the garden isn’t all charming rustic barrel planters and cute stepping stone filled herb gardens.
It can be fake green.Mine usually is.
It sounds ridiculously simplistic, but as someone who has suffered many years with shelf-based anxiety, I promise you it works!.It doesn’t matter what kind of items you use either!Dishes, books, pictures, thingamajigs… it’s all good!.
If you’ve got a shelf that you can’t seem to arrange in a way that you like, take five minutes and try this one out!I’m all about saving energy lately. It’s amazing how much more we use at this time of year when we need to keep our homes warm and well-lit for so many hours every day.
I just learned this trick and I think it’s so fun and something I never thought of before.
Just turn your ceiling fans on low and run them in a clockwise direction to help push warm air down. This is the original picture I found on Pinterest, courtesy of the brilliant and talented We Lived Happily Ever After blog..
So pretty, right? The plan was that after all the Christmas decorations were down, we would place a bunch of these throughout the yard for some fun Winter color..
The instructions seemed easy enough: Put colored water in some balloons, leave them outside to freeze, and voila!.So away we went, mixing up our colored water.
